Combine a visit to the city of Genoa with an unforgettable cooking experience.
A unique lesson to discover the secrets of traditional pesto, a source of pride for our region, in the restaurant most loved by Frank Sinatra in Liguria.
Learn the secrets of pasta and pesto and have fun creating your own fresh pasta by trying to roll out the sheets to produce the traditional and typical "Mandilli", ravioli or linguine.
In the morning preferably around 08.30/09.00 a.m. your private driver will pick-up up at the meeting point to let you visiting by car for a couple of hours to discover the city of Genoa, the most panoramic places such as Piazza De Ferrari, Palazzo Ducale, Palazzo del Principe, and a spectacular view of the city from Spianata Castelletto.
At 11.00 a.m. the cooking lesson will begin, followed by lunch which will include some of your creations and typical Ligurian products.
The menù offers as first course two types of pasta with pesto (Mandilli with pesto and Paffutelli alla "Frank" which are ravioli with herbs and basil sauce), as second course the fresh fish of the day with fresh seasonal vegetables and finally as dessert the homemade puff pastry with chantilly cream. Water and coffee included.
At the end of your Ligurian cooking experience and lunch your driver will accompany you to discover other places in the city and then drop-off you at the starting point.
