TERMs and conditions

What is included:

Car/minivan with private driver available for the duration of the whole tour, motorway tolls, fuel, parking.

What is not included, if not already included in the tour/excursion:

Local tour guide, museum entrances, train tickets, boat and/or ferry tickets, meals, tips.

How it works:

The day before your excursion, you will be given the name and mobile number of your private driver.

On the day of the excursion, the appointment with the driver, who is not a guide, will be at the place and time agreed upon at the time of booking.

At the end of the excursion you will be accompanied back to the starting point, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is kindly requested when booking the service.

The balance is requested one week before the date of the service.

We accept payment by bank transfer or by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, in the case of American Express the additional fee is 2%.

Cancellation policy:

No cancellation fee for cancellations up to two days before the date of service.

Starting from two days before the date of service, the deposit will be retained.

Any guide already booked or tickets, or excursion by boat or other additional services already purchased, will not be refunded if cancelled starting from two days before from the date of the service.
